Heritage Hall Museum is in Freeman South Dakota. It's kinda a small version of The Henry Ford. This museum has 20,000 items including small mechanical items and well as the most simple old tool. It has vehicles and some come and go that are on loan. The Museum has a large bi-plane that was actually owned by the grandfatherof one of the curators. When I was there he told me great stories about the flying days. Well worth a stop while passing through South Dakota.
